HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM


You made a great decision to purchase your outdoor furniture from Patio Heaven! Our outdoor furniture is manufactured to withstand the demands of ever-changing weather conditions. It has been tested and proven to thrive in outdoor settings. Patio Heaven makes it simple to start a warranty claim and we’re here to help you through every step.

Your Solution Specialist may possibly request a few photos of the issue to help determine if the issue is covered by our manufacturer warranty.

 

Once your claim is approved:

  • Your specialist will determine if we need to order parts right away or send out a technician for further inspection or repair.
  • If parts are needed they will be ordered which could take additional time if they are coming from overseas.
  • Once parts arrive, our solution specialist will ship you the parts to complete repair. The specialist will schedule a visit from a technician if it is needed to complete the repair.
